We worked with LNI Homes on a renovation of our unfinished basement in a 1930’s stonefield house to create a family room space. It was not an easy symmetrical box space and Pat was able to follow the complex shape of our walls to provide maximum light from the windows into the room. In addition, Greg listened very attentively to what we wanted and was able to work towards our goals for the space. This included respecting the original design of the house and incorporating old historical elements into the new renovation and not just doing a simple solution of covering everything up for ease. There were no surprises and Greg was very consistent with great communication. The project did not lag and was delivered on time. I would recommend LNI Homes to anyone who is looking to do renovations on their home. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Greg and Pat who work extremely hard and try to respect your space and your vision.

We met Greg and Pat very early on in the process. They had just purchased the home to be renovated, so we were lucky enough to be able to work with them on all decisions regarding floor plan and finishes. Our own custom home!
As someone with very specific taste, but first time home buyers, they were extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient with us as we were figured out exactly what we wanted and how to turn our vision for our home into reality. We were able to choose all of the finishes down to the grout color! They helped guide us into making the right decisions for our family and aesthetic. Offering opinions and guidance when asked, but also allowing us to take control of the design decisions. We felt extremely comfortable working with them and knew we would be moving into a beautiful, well built home. We were not disappointed! Even after we moved in, Greg has been readily available and responsive with any questions we have had, which has been so appreciated.
We would absolutely recommend working with them and plan on calling them for any upgrades we choose to do to our home in the future.
Greg and Pat are great. They’ve done several projects for me now (deck, roof, shed, an outdoor shower/bath, new doors) and I will continue to call them when my home needs improvements. They do solid work, they have creative solutions for all the issues that come up with my strange old house, they have an eye for design and they are cost conscious. Their teams are polite and hard working. I love improving my home, but also find it extremely stressful. I am glad to have found partners to work with that I trust to take care of my home.

If you’re trying to find a good builder/contractor - you’ve found them!!! LNI has far exceeded our expectations in every way. Our project included a whole house gut renovation and ~900sqft addition.
LNI walked into our nightmare (a former contractor left us with a MESS) and made our DREAM home a reality. After going through the bidding process and interviewing several builders, LNI was the obvious choice. They weren’t the most or the least expensive, they were fair with innovative ideas. They stayed on budget through the project and got creative to stay within that budget when the unexpected occurred.
Partners, Greg & Pat, and their entire crew were easy to work with, honest, creative and reliable. They handled everything, worked well with the town and our architect. Greg has an eye for design which was super valuable to us … we had a unique vision for our home and chose not to hire an interior designer. Pat is incredibly hands on and knows how to build, fix or retrofit…pretty much anything. Their crew worked FAST. They were always clean, respectful, reliable and happy. Nothing we asked of them was ever too much.
We added things along the way our architect didn’t account for, and LNI took them in stride and exceeded our expectations!! Our home is STUNNING!!! We truly couldn’t recommend them more! THANK YOU LNI! We love and appreciate you all!
We are midway through a project right now but I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and professional Greg and his crew are overall. My neighbors have also been incredibly impressed with the work, which has been done quickly and with precision.
Things always happen in renovations and hiccups have been managed with great consideration towards us as homeowners who are also living in our home as this is all happening
I would give them 10 stars just for the day we had a HUGE water main break right in front of our home (not attributable to them in any way) that flooded our basement with 18” of water. The crew that came that day saw what was happening, stopped what they were doing and helped us to drain, clear and dry out the basement as best as we could. It was a massive job taking out belongings we had stored down there to make space for this renovation, including all new kitchen appliances that were being housed until they could be installed. There was no hesitation on their part to be there for as long as necessary to help, and it made an incredibly horrific day way more bearable.
This is my husband’s and my third home build/renovation in our life together. We made a great choice with LNI. Couldn’t be happier.
