Greg Misiti and Pat Malgieri met while their kids attended nursery school in Croton-on-Hudson, and quickly discovered a shared frustration. Too many good families were stuck in dated homes, with a building process that left them stressed and in the dark. Both knew it could be done better.
In 2014, Greg and Pat started LNI Homes to make building quality homes easier and less stressful, as a general contractor with a single team that takes responsibility from start to finish.

Greg Misiti
Greg runs the business side and keeps your project on track. His interest in rebuilding homes started as a kid, tagging along on jobs with his grandfather, an HVAC contractor. He also has a real eye for design, which many clients lean on throughout their project.
Pat Malgieri
Pat leads the build, and he has been at it since he was a teenager. Starting as a mason and framer in Italy at 15, he went on to work every trade on the job, then launched his own company, P & L Home Improvement, before teaming up with Greg.

Do you offer design help, or do I need my own designer?
Both work. Many clients rely on Greg's eye for design and skip hiring a separate designer. If you already have an architect or designer, we work right alongside them.
Do you handle permits and dealing with the town?
Yes. We take care of permits, inspections, and coordinating with the town, so you are not chasing paperwork.
Can I stay in my home while you work?
Often, yes. Plenty of our projects happen while families are living in the home, and we plan the work and keep things clean with that in mind.
Can you take over a project another contractor left unfinished?
We can. We have stepped into stalled and poorly done projects and gotten them back on track.
Can I buy my own materials?
Absolutely. You can select and purchase your own materials, or we can guide you through the choices.
